if ex wife uses drug on ocasions and drinks in excess sometimes can i get daughter age13? i can prove this if yes how long could it take?

You need to give a little more detail for me to help you find some awnsers. how long mom has had her what does daughter say about it where does she want to live? what state you are in and is mom in same state! Hope to read post from you soon
