I have an elderly aunt and I am her Power of Attorney. She lives alone and her health is failing so badly, she doesn't need to live alone anymore. I have tried to get her to come live with me, she refuses to go anywhere. I'm afraid for her safety but can't convince her to go anywhere. If worse comes to worse is there anything I can do legally, being Power of Attorney that I can do to get her the help she needs. She's not incompetent, she's a very sharp lady still at 87.
