| My 17 year old daughter who lives in Idaho has left home (ex-wife has physical custody)is pregnant and living with her 20 year old boyfriend. Will she be of majority at age 18? Do I have to pay child support if she is no longer living at home? Is her boyfriend responsible in any way for medical support? [This message has been edited by Debuja (edited October 12, 2000).] |

| No she is not emancipated. You must go to court to do that.Your legal obligation is that she is your daughter carrying your grandchild. Are you asking if you must still pay child support since she isn't living with your ex? |
