emancipation, minor moving out....

I have a friend who's 17. Her parent's are abusive and she wants to move out. She want's to move in with me. If she would, is there anything that they could do to me? i.e. kidnapping or interference with custody of parents on my part. Could they make her move back home? If that's the case how could she get emancipation? I mean if she's not allowed to move out then how could she prove that she can live on her own. This is in Pennsylvania.
