| I read a reference on another board to a recent NY case where a PASed 17yo wouldn't see her father so he went to court and won the ending of CS for her. Two questions. Anyone know more information on this? Is this possible to do in MD. Kids are 13 and 16. |

| PAS is very difficult to prove... and if you could prove it, then it would be better to bring the CP into court for contempt or a change of custody. ------------------ Psst..
