| My ex is harassing my boss. She sent a letter claiming that I've abandoned my kid, not paying money, etc. My guess is that her lawyer told her that she can't demand things to be sent to her and reject them, and expect to get them anyway. Is there any way to restrain her legally from contacting my place of employment? Does this suffice for slander? How do I get her to stop? |

| An ex parte restraining order, as soon as you want it to stop, will help if she's not completely nuts. With the letter from her, to your boss, ther'd be no justification for contacting your place of employment further. Give the copy to her attorney, and let her pay for his time- Good Luck-PS |
