My ex lives in Montana, Ilive in California.We have a child support order from 1985 which says he has to pay $150.00 a month for child support which was ordered in California. My son has lived exclusivly with me for 15 years. My question is can I file a petition to increase the support with him living out of state? The only order existing is from 1985.

Yes you can.. I am sure many things have changed over the last 15 years that would enable you to petition the courts for a change.
