EX MADE THREAT**************FOLLOWED THREW...NEED HELP!

I posted last weekend about my husbands ex making a threat that this would be the last time he see's his dad. Well she followed threw with her threat! We called everyone we could last monday to notify them about the threat, and basically we were told it was just a "threat" that until she did something, we could do nothing! Guess what? She didn't show up with the child....surprise, surprise! Now what do we do? Any advice? The child nor mother were at the so called residence that she lives at, and no one is answering her phone. Please help......this is devisating for us. Thank YOu

Get an attorney and drag her arse into court.

If there is a court order and she violated it, take her to court for contempt. Also, I think if she removed the child from the state without notifying you, that may be considered parental kidnapping. See if in your state if you can file an emergency order for custody since she has viloated that court order and possibly left the state, severing all ties of the child with you....blessings
