13 yr. old removed from biological Mom by
psycho ex, child has resided with Mom, never
was legally adopted by ex, very abusive
ex has more money than sense, mental
stress and anguish from this person for
10+ years more than enough to last a
lifetime, child wants to live with Mom,Please
Help.

"Never was legally adopted by ex?" This guy's no blood or legal relation to the kid? File kidnapping charges!
