Exclamation

My Ex Husband hasn't paid child support in 2 years but still wants to have visitation and to have pictures and phone calls at his conveince. What rights do I have? I am the custodial parent and live in another state from him. He lives in Colorado and I live in Texas. I am getting tired of his excuses and his lies are hurting our child.

Ok, here goes some little knowledge from experience and books.

Two wrongs dont make a right, You cannot keep him from visiting the child(ren) regardless of whether CS is being paid or not. You will then be in contempt of court also. About the CS, have you reported his non payment to anyone? Filed an application with the TX State Attorney General? Contacted the District Atty? If you are not receiving CS payments you have to tell people and call them and pound on doors till they listen. Not sure if TX and CO cooperate with each other regarding enforcing orders but you can find that out through the AG office.
