In our divorce decree in Ohio five years ago, my ex-wife's former name was restored. She's continued to use my last name since the divorce. Is there anything I can do about this?

You can't do anything about it.

Do you have children in common?

If so, this could be why she kept the name. If not, then why do you care?

We do have a daughter together. However, my ex has lived w/her boyfriend since before we were divorced. She had his baby and the announcement in the paper had her name w/my last name. Then, when her baby died under suspicious circumstances and she was under investigation, it was all over the papers w/her first name and my last name again. This makes it seem as though that baby was mine and we're still together. That's the reason I don't want her using it especially since the judge ordered her to use her maiden name.
