My girlfriend had been legally seperated for over a year. We decided to have a baby together. Now she is 3 months pregnant and has decided to go back to her husband. what rights do I have as the father? Can I keep her from leaving the state before a paternity test. If she sighns over custody to me pending a paternity test, will it hold up in court? When and What proceedings should I start? I want full custody. Is that possible? What can I do to help my chances in court. I feel so helpless.
