I don't know if there is anything "legally" that you can do, but if you can prove that her actions are pure harassment and nothing else, bring a civil action against her and sue her for the time you've had to take off from work, lawyer fees and mental anguish.

What does Mental Angish consist of? How do you put a monitary amount on that? In most cases is it worth it? Will she have to pay for my lawyer after the suit, due to the fact I wouldn't be there if it wasn't for her? Can My new wife also be part of the suit because she has suffered greatly due to my x-wife. Thanks for helping.
