My father is 78 years old, in poor health and has been receiving threatening postcards from a 40 yr old who is claiming to be his illegimate child. This person is harassing him with postcards and threatening to force him into a DNA testing. I'm guessing this is because of his estate..the notes are nasty. What are his rights? He lives in North Dakota and what do you you recommend?
