I need help!! I am 4 months pregnant with my ex fiances child. He lives and, to my knowledge, plans to continue to live in another country. What rights does he have to custody and/or support of this child when its born in the US??

He has the same rights has any father.. ie, to apply for custody and visitation. Unlikely to get custody but visitation is possible.

I suggest you petition the court for legal custody of the child when born. Also if he does apply for visitation then ensure it does not involve any out of the US visits, supervised visitation until the child is 2 etc..

Also, put in for Child Support. Whether you want it or not, it is good to have the order in place.
