| When my son was born I was still legally married, though living separtately, to my ex-husband. He is not the biological father of my son. The state of Ohio law reads that the woman's husband is presumed the father of the child; thus his name appears on the birth certificate. How do I go about removing my ex's name and having the real father put on it. My son's father and I are now married. Thank You |

| In Oklahoma you can get a form from the hospital that the child was born in to chnge any information on the birth certificate. I do not know if this is how if works in Ohio. Good Luck |
