my 16 years old daughter's friend was recently told by her mom to get out of her house. she is now living with my family. Her mother still recieves support from the girls father but does not support her daughter. what can I do legally?

I would contact the domestic service in your area and inform them of the situation..it may or may not do some good. You never know!

Depending on how the child feels about the father, contact him and see if he wants to get custody. Either way, he will be able to stop paying the mother.
