Can you file a motion to the court for a amendment to a previous child support ruling on your own without an attorney? We cannot afford an attorney and there has not been an increase in child support for over 10 years.

Yes you can.. Go to the local court and see the clerk. Ask for the forms that you need. Then hire a paralegal to help you with filing in the forms and filing. They cost a lot less than an attorney and generally do not work on retainers.
