Question

I need to find out what form 60B is, as my husband is threatening to file this form against me. We have a leased vehicle in both of our names. I understood it was settled in the property settlement as his responsibility. However it wasn't named scpecifically.

My response:

So would we. Is it a court form? If so, try calling the Court Clerk of the Family Court, and ask. Then, report back on your findings.

I found out it is a speedy trial form. That's all.
