I've just gone through a bitter and ugly divorce. There are children involved, however, therefore it will never really be over. My ex is required by court order to a) reimburse me for half of the out-of-pocket medical expenses that I incur, b) to replace, by July 16, a back yard patio that he removed from the house last winter (yes, a patio, believe it or not), and c) take the children to any appointments that they may have during his scheduled parenting time. He has not done any of the above, nor do I believe that he will, leaving me with no options that i'm aware of, other than to file (yet another) motion to compel him to do what he should. This means, of course, that i will have to incur more attorneys fees, which have already brought me to the brink of bankruptcy. What are my options here? Are there any others?

My response:
Call your State Bar Association for a low cost referral, or contact your nearest Legal Aid Office; or, and I do not recommend this, go to your nearest bookstore and find a self-help book in the "legal" section.
