Unhappy

After backing out of divorce 2years ago(dumbest thing I ever did), I find my self in worse shape than ever. My husband became addicted to crack cocaine 3 1/2 years ago, and has destroyed everthing and person he ahs touched since. we'll bew married 5 years this July. Started off great, new business, cars, a boat and money. But money was the tempataion that got him in trouble with crack... to much money. To sum it up , he has stolen , sold, pawned everything of value we and his friends have. He has been basically patted on the back by the local judical system (had him arrested for possession one time). He has been in and out of rehab after rehab and has even been in the mental wing of our loacal hospital for attempting sucicide. i have stood by him, hoping against all hopes he would come to his senses. my only choice of not totaling loosing everything I have left is divorce. We filed bankruptcy in January. He gets paid every 2 weeks and every pay day blows hundreds of dollars in one day, leaving bills unpaid and no food on the table.
1st of all how do I get him OUT!!??? he wont leave. He bangs on doors, rattles windows if I lock him out. We are down to only one vehicle, and its a 1978 car. I am seperate for some kind of leagal advice , on how to deal with this situation. I have no money , but do hold managment job(15) years. Its been difficult holding that, dealing with all the mental anguish and finacial strain .
How can I legally have him removed from my home(it is my house and under my name)? How can I get reasonable help at a low cost?
