getting ex-husband to honor divorce agreement

My ex-husband refuses to honor our divorce agreement made over 2 years ago in NYS Supreme Court regarding equitable distribution and his half of our child's health insurance. He refuses to pay. I can't afford any more retainer fees, even if I could, the amount in question is only large to me. I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thank you.
