Id like to know why a respondent has to pay for a seperate attorney (guardian ad litem) to investigate yourself for abuse. My X is saying i have abused my children because he wants to take my son away from me because i asked the courts to move out of state with my son because of my back condition. If he thinks i am abusing my children why shouldn't he have to pay for it since he is the one accusing????? I do not understand this one bit. State of MO
