half sibling marriages

What is the name of your state? florida
i was adopted and have now met some one who says she is my birht mother so the man i am in love with could very well me my half brother in the state of florida are we allowed to marry?...
his b/c says jackie and rm hersey....mine says ron and grace goodrich...could we get in any leagal trouble by getting married?
