Have Guardianship of a non-related child...

My husband and I have full guardianship of a 5 year old boy in Oklahama. The State gave us guardianship of this child last June, with no provisions for visitation by biological mother. Biological father is unknown there are over 3 possibilites. The Biological mother is a friend from high school and no relation to either of us. She signed a consent for the State of Oklahoma to appoint a guardian for the child and my husband and I got guardianship. The birth mother lives in Louisianna and doesn't have much contact with child. My husband has been offered a great job in California and we are wondering if we can go, or is there a problem with the paperwork??? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks so much in advance for your time.
