Question

he as of now has no legal rights what so ever, but i'm not denying them even though i could. I really want to press charges on the father of my ex because he always intervenes with my ex's decisions concerning the baby. they also cause me a lot of emotional stress. what can i do about these things? they are going to take me to court and i think they might try to take my daughter away from me. i need to know my rights is there a place online i can read them from?

First I will need your state, so that I can find the statutes that apply to your state.
Second, right now today, end all unsupervised visitation with the father, make him visit the child in your home, or your parents home. Since it isnt proven fact that he is the father he has no rights. His parents have no rights, there has to be a paternity test to prove he is the father first.

LB, I sent her the TX Atty Generals website link to apply for assistance in obtaining support, custody and visitation. Also for her *bedtime* reading the TX State Family Code link.
