| Can I get a restraining order against them? They are causing a lot of emotional stress, every time I deal with them or think about them I get literally sick to my stomach. Can I get a restraining order due to the fact they interfere with him taking care of his daughter, and one for the emotional distress? Thank you! |

| If your ex has joint custody, you cannot stop him from having the kids. You will have to file for a modification in the custody agreement. ------------------ I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship. I will try to give you general guidance and point you in the right direction, but only a lawyer licensed to practice law in YOUR state who is serving as YOUR lawyer can provide you "legal advice" to rely on. |
