Can I get a restraining order against them? They are causing a lot of emotional stress, every time I deal with them or think about them I get literally sick to my stomach. Can I get a restraining order due to the fact they interfere with him taking care of his daughter, and one for the emotional distress?
Thank you!

If your ex has joint custody, you cannot stop him from having the kids. You will have to file for a modification in the custody agreement.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.
I will try to give you general guidance and point you in the right direction, but only a lawyer licensed to practice law in YOUR state who is serving as YOUR lawyer can provide you "legal advice" to rely on.
