Question

HELP>

I live in NJ. Married 26 years w/2 children 13 & 16. He left over 8 months ago. He is now refusing to pay me anything even child support. He is living w/another woman and has no bills of his own. (Apartment, etc.)

I know he has to pay child support when I find a lawyer I can afford. But, for now I need to know if he is responsible for any of the house bills, Mortgage, taxes, credit card.
I am still using the credit card for the children and fixing the car, is he responsible for these new bills even though he has left. His name is on the Mortgage and credit card.

Also, the vehicle he drives is in my name and I can't afford to pay it anymore. Can I take it and sell it w/o getting in trouble with the courts?

Please help. I need some answers now. It is not easy finding a lawyer quickly and who I can afford.
