| I'm getting a divorce and my husband and his lawyer wants me to see a vocational counselor to evaluate whether I'm capable of performing work other than what I'm doing now. I love my job that I'm at. I'm making 5.75hr. Sure I can go some where else and get more pay but I'm happy right where I'm at. My husband doesn't want to pay me my Mainitence fee which he isn't paying me now because I need to see this counselor. Ineed your advices Please!!! |

| Unless his lawyer is also the presiding judge in the divorce, tell him to jump. Sounds the same as him asking to have the kids counseled about their eating habits to lower support obligations. Take Care. PS |
