In the state of Va. Living with fiance, split up, neither of us were employed. All income went through MY checking account, and I have receipts and cancelled checks for everything, can I legally go back and take everything purchased, even if she made the deposit into my account. Since neither of us are claiming any income for the time period, and I WROTE THE CHECK, can I just take what I want?
