help needed......

My name is Jeff, my brother is seperated

from his wife and are still married , she

will not let him see there newborn of 6 months old.

He does not have any money for a lawyer

and has not done any good looking for support in the so called free areas for

help....what should he do????

is there such a thing as free help???


please help if you can.....
