My ex and I have been divorced since January 11th and we have a shared parenting agreement. He has residential custody, and to my dissagreement, put the children just recently into a day care center when I could have watched them full time during the day. Now, because I had to change my schedule at work due to the fact that I don't have my children during the day and to the fact that I need to make ends meet, he won't let me now see or talk to the children on the phone. He stated he has the power in no uncertain terms and is blocking me out. What should I do? Do I have enough to warrent a breach of contract? Michal |
