umm, sounds to me like there is to be a payment of $500 for one of the twins. STOP&gt; DO NOTHING!!!!!! That is VERY illegal. Please tell me I am misunderstanding what you meant.

If that is the case, inform the police and have they set up a little 'sting'. Then when money is mentioned or given, they are arrested..
