How can I get my son back?

My boyfriend signed temporary custody rights to his wifes parents, under the impression that he would get his son back as soon as he was stable. He ended up going to court and having the judge rule that his son stay in the grandparents custody until finishing anger control courses and a stable enviorment. That was 3 years ago, and he's been unable to take any anger control classes because he has moved from Florida to Massachusetts. He has a stable enviorment to raise his son now. What can he do to get custody of his son?

What do you mean he is unable to take anger management classes? I live in Mass. and there are courses he can take all over the place! As a matter of fact, my daughter attends classes!

If he really wants his son back, he needs to find a class and attend faithfully.
