He said if I could find something legal stating this we might get it done sooner and I want it done sooner. Where to find this and what is true??????? [/b]

My response:
Is there a problem in obtaining a free (or low cost) consultation from an attorney near to where you live? Let your fingers do the walking in the Yellow Pages, or call the Texas State Bar Association for a referral.
