how malicious can an ex get???

yesterday, I was detained by a sheriff and state trooper to be brought to an emergency hearing. My ex, whom i have joint custody with, decided to tell a judge that I was taking my son out of the state, and lied saying he saw me pack up a u-hal truck. When the judge heard that she, ofcourse, issued a restraining order to keep me from leaving, and a "warrent" for my detention. So this issue could be heard by a judge. In court yesterday I was given a trial to determine wether or not I should have sole custody. Does anyone know what kind of testimony i should be giving to show that i should have sole custody? PLEASE HELP
