How old for a child to be able to divorce father?

How old must a child be, before she can file for a divorce? This child is 11 years old, 12 real soon and her father is trying to take her away from her mother again. This child was living with molesters for 6 years and finally was returned to mother. Chiold didn't want to go to father's Christmas and now mother might be going to jail. She wants to divorce her father but can't find help.
