OK, now down to the wire...when I called the court, they told me since I am filing pro-se, that I would get a court date in three weeks and I don't need to ask for an emergency hearing. I don't have more than 6 weeks before my son's father leaves for California! How do I request an emergency hearing and how do I word it? HELP!!!!
