I was ordered to pay child support in the state of Calif. when I was divorced in 1980. At that time my wife didn't want support and I did not pay it. My license was suspended for not payment of support since 1996. How do I go about getting my license back? Who do I contact. I live in Nevada. I owe $70,000 in back support. Do I settle this in California, or can I do it from here? Do I need a lawyer, or can a Fathers Advocate help me in this matter. Dont know where to go to get started. Help!
