| Two years ago, my fiance and his`wife at the time gave their son up for adoption to her parents with the verbal agreement that he could have a relationship with him. They will not let him see his son or talk to him. My fiance is in a much better place in life now and just wants visitation. He will pay child support. He just wants to see his son. Is there anything he can do? |

| He should have gotten it in writing before signing the adoption papers. He may have a tough time now. My advice would be to get a free initial consultation with an attorney. Maybe even get a second or a third opinion. |
