I want visitation with my son

Two years ago, my fiance and his`wife at the time gave their son up for adoption to her parents with the verbal agreement that he could have a relationship with him. They will not let him see his son or talk to him. My fiance is in a much better place in life now and just wants visitation. He will pay child support. He just wants to see his son. Is there anything he can do?

He should have gotten it in writing before signing the adoption papers. He may have a tough time now. My advice would be to get a free initial consultation with an attorney. Maybe even get a second or a third opinion.
