I will never see my daughter again!

He has my daughter and showed up at my parents house to tell them that he is leaving the state and taking my daughter because he found out that child protective services was called on him. We have been separated for two months and his has my daughter and has had control of when I can see her. He knows since I have not filed any paper work he can legal take her out of state. I'm in the state of Nevada. He has been convicted of serveral things in his past including violent offence. Please help?
