IAAL.....Child Support Question

I have sole custody of my three children. My ex was ordered by the court, to pay child support. Ex works, but doesn't pay...my children are now owed about 5 years worth. I have continuously called the Child Support Enforcement office (Arizona) but they are NO help, because they say they are "back-logged with work". Anyway, I am curious, if one of the children ever decided to live with my ex, would a judge make me pay child support, considering we are owed such a large amount??My oldest is almost a teenager, so I am curious as to how a situation like this would work out. 2 via 1.. you would probably not be asked to pay... if you did, then pay it. That order would be seperate from his order.

Also, forget CEA, drag his butt into court on comtempt. If you can not afford an attorney then go to the local court and ask for papers for an 'order to show cause'. Then go to a paralegal for help on how to fill them in and file them... it does not matter if he gets an attorney, there is no excuse for not paying CS when you are working.
