2 via 1.. you would probably not be asked to pay... if you did, then pay it. That order would be seperate from his order.
Also, forget CEA, drag his butt into court on comtempt. If you can not afford an attorney then go to the local court and ask for papers for an 'order to show cause'. Then go to a paralegal for help on how to fill them in and file them... it does not matter if he gets an attorney, there is no excuse for not paying CS when you are working.
