My ex husband is the domiciliary parent of our 4yr old daughter and he is now considering letting her come live with me for a year out of state. We work child support out between ourselves so that is not an issue. However, if she does come to live with me is there any legal document we can have drawn up saying that he is allowing her to live with me? I don't want us to get into a fight and him show up at my door demanding her back because the divorce decree states that she lives with him. I'm just trying to cover my own butt on this one.If there is a legal document, can you give me an example. Thanks so much!!
