IAAL: your checklist and other stuff

Thanks for posting that! Went over my divorce decree which is lacking in several areas!
My ex-wife is considering a move far away, I intend to fight it. Will that give me an opportunity to get some things changed in the original order?
There is no mention in my order about retirement money, etc. She divorced me, there is no spousal support, but could she later come after my retirement or my IRA?
If I were to die, I don't have a will, would she be entitled to any of my estate besides what is due in child support?
Are Roth's considered reportable income?
