Here's another questions-
My husband is ordered to carry insurance for his two girls. We live in TX, they live in FL. His employer's insurance is very expensive. I carried them on mine for two yrs until ins. co. found out they were not mine. I have searched for a policy to cover them, but it is next to impossible since they live in FL. Their step-father carries them on his policy. I sent a registered letter to their mother asking for a premium statement which details the girls premiums. I have received nothing back. I know they carry family coverage and I'm more than sure they incur no additional cost to carry the step children. What happens if she never sends us the cost of premium? Are we in contempt?
