Now, just to let you knwo why I am giving you this:
You came on here talking about being concerned for a child you have never even held in your arms and concerned about what YOUR rights were to visitation. Well in your last post under jamiet you are now changing your stripes. Now youare trying to figure out how long you can keep a clerical error hidden from the courts to keep from having to pay your required support. I do not feel you have the best interest of the child in mind when you try to withhold support that is used for raising a baby. You have no idea what it is like to be a mother that is FORCED to share her child with someone she dislikes.
So, nuff said. I will not post nother reply to any of your mulitude of questions. If it is that urgent for you, read up on the law. Figure it out yourself. You have shown me what I predicted from the very beginning about you to be true. You are only wanting to punish this woman for having this child and then having the audacity to request support. You have no GOOD INTENTIONS with this child, you are doing this (being concerned and wanting visitation) out of spitefulness.

ladyblu: what are you talking about me being mad at bm for getting support? my husband went in and filed for the blood test so he could pay her support because she didnt want any!!!! and what are you saying about her being FORCED to share her child with someone? If she didnt want to share she shouldve made sure she was married or staying with the father-if not YES you have to share!!!!!that is why at court a father has RIGHTS, and that is why there is a MINIMUM visitation. Because the mother does have to share! This is his baby too.

You cannot evven get your story straight. You say that your husband initiated the paternity and so forth? For what purpose? So you could both rub this in her face? You have NO GOOD INTENTIONS, you are already looking for ways to get out of paying your required support, before the ink is even dry on the paperwork. Did you think that by initiating the establishment of paternity the courts would just hand you a big huge brownie point? Or maybe you thought they would see you as a concerned parent and just hand the child over to you? Well it backfired didnt it toots? Now you have to pay this woman that you hate, so much part of your husbands hard earned money.... ahhh the pity... When the arrears catch up with you, you will be singing a different tune and no one, and I mean no one, will feel the tiniest bit of sympathy for you... because your evilness is what got you there...

I believe You are just sick with hatred for this woman and are using her child to get even with her.

You stated perviously that the reason they are not together is he found out how she was and broke up with her. So to me, she didnt have much choice in the matter did she? You got the man, but is he really worth all of the hate?

You could care less about ruining a innocent child's life with all your hate and viciousness, because you know this woman doesnt want you to be around this child and so you are pushing your way into her life. Just to rub it into her face. Well just remember what goes around comes around, and one day you could be divorced from this man and have to face a more evil woman than yourself as a step mother for your children. That is if you are able to have them,...

*S* Thanks for the suggestion on venting Tigres. I am thinking seriously about taking up meditation... have heard it is a good pain killer too... So it will have many benefits... I do not know exactly what it is about this woman that gets under my skin soo bad... but she does... but I am not going to get sucked into her little game any longer... Life is too short to spend it being angry and filled with hate for someone that means nothing to me.
