I filed for divorce in AZ and want to know if husband waited too long to sign papers can the divorce be a default although we were filing joint custody? someone at my lawyers office first told me he defaulted and it could go thru without him, and now I am being told since he didnt agree with everything and refuses to sign, it cant go thru since we have joint custody. HELP! I want to get remarried...and this is a mess.
