(Joint Custody)Missing children

I have joint custody with my ex for two children.I gave my ex residential.They live in Nevada,I live in New York.I have jurisdiction in New York.He is hiding in NV.He has moved and I dont know where my children are.He is avaidind all service.If he does not show up for the next court date,The judge will give me an Order,and the kids will be mine.My question is,how do I then find my kids??

I can't imagine what you are going thru but you could try 1-800 US SEARCH they charge $39.95 and say they can find the person in 24 hrs.?
