joint,non-custodial parental rights in education decision

as a joint, but non-custodial parent do I have any say in the decison as to whether or not my son remains in kindergarten? His mother, against the advice of both his teacher and the school psychologist wishes to remove him ..

You can voice your concerns.. but it wont get you very far and legally there is little you can do..
