Before you move out, tell her that you want to move the business out of the residence. Pack up everything and go. Including your belongings.

Or tell her that you want to break off the relationship and be amicable.

Either way she is going to get hurt.

If the guns are in your name, she can't keep them. It is always wise to move all your stuff out at one time so there is no further problems.

Make sure you get everything of yours out. And don't take anything of hers.
